Jans Land Developers has been a family run business for over 65 years, developing top quality projects all over New England. We have developed over 15 residential subdivisions, and several hundred custom homes and condominiums. We also work on smaller projects including commercial site work, full home remodeling and additions.  

Our goal is to provide customers with top quality workmanship and thorough project management, open communication and teamwork. We focus on "design-build", energy and cost efficiency while completing the project on time and within budget.
